Training on the beach

Training on the beach
Training on the beach is an ideal way to maintain the effects of training. For this purpose, we use the sea shore or lake shore, meaning the sand. These conditions can make training not only more interesting, but also more effective. Changing your training routine by introducing new exercises is highly advisable to get rid of monotony in training.
To diversify my training on the beach I used a car tire and a rope. Such training has endless possibilities in choosing new exercises depending on your personal training needs.Training on the beach should be started by a warm-up for a few minutes, and completed by some stretching.
Training on the beach

Training on the sand improves motor coordination and overall fitness. Sand is an unstable substrate, so walking, jumping or running increases the activity of core muscles (deep muscles), which is one of the most important muscles of our body. Their task is to work on the correct stabilization of the body, as well as to keep many internal organs in the right place.
Outdoor training is also a chance to take in precious vitamin D3. It is necessary for the proper functioning of our digestion and metabolism. It also works on the immune system and raises the levels of endorphins (the happiness hormone).
Sunlight also strengthens the heart and increases our breathing capacity. It also positively affects the condition of our nails and skin as well as our skeletal system.
There is no normal stability on the beach as there would be on an even and hard surface, so our muscles work harder. The usual lunges or jumps become extreme leg exercises. When exercising in the gym or at home, we use less of our muscles and burn less calories than on the sand. The body works more intensively, and we additionally focus on the correct technique to maintain balance when on the sand.
An additional advantage of training on the beach is the lack of the need to wear sports shoes. The foot is one of the most innervated parts of our body, whose individual spheres are responsible for the proper functioning of organs.
Another advantage of training on the beach is the activation of foot muscles. Moving on the sand, we engage the transverse and longitudinal muscles of the feet, the muscles of the lower leg, and we also strengthen the muscles responsible for stabilizing the ankles and foot.
