In order to train effectively you need to bring variety into your training sessions. If you want to have better achievements and overall improve your sporting abilities you cannot only usedumbbells, barbells, gym balls, exercise bands and kettlebells. You should add TRX into your routine.
TRX stands for Total-body Resistance Exercise, it is a form of exercise for the whole body which includes the force of gravity. This form of exercise is used by Navy SEALs. The idea behind TRX training is that it can be used anytime and anywhere.
TRX is easy to use and portable. You can carry out a training session using the TRX both inside and outside. The only thing you need to do is hang the device either on a tree, post, fence or any other sturdy area.
Whilst completing the exercises using the TRX your muscles work by using your body weight and the earth’s gravity. It allows your muscles to develop without putting pressure on your joints or back, which is impossible on complicated machines at the gym. Multiple muscle groups work at the same time whilst using TRX. These muscles are usually the deep muscles of the body, which are a foundation to the body and to stabilise it. TRX improves your strength, endurance, balance and protects the body from injuries.
